Postiv.io analytics help you understand what’s working, what’s not, and how to improve your social media strategy.

Your analytics dashboard shows:

  • Total Reach: Combined reach across all platforms
  • Engagement Rate: Average engagement percentage
  • Follower Growth: Net change in followers
  • Posts Published: Content output this period

What it measures: The number of unique accounts that saw your content

Why it matters: Indicates how far your content is spreading

Improve it by:

  • Posting at optimal times
  • Using relevant hashtags
  • Creating shareable content

What it measures: Total number of times your content was displayed

Why it matters: Shows overall visibility (one person can see multiple times)

Note: Impressions are usually higher than reach

What it measures: Total interactions (likes, comments, shares, saves)

Why it matters: Shows how compelling your content is

Engagement Rate formula:

(Total Engagements / Reach) × 100

What it measures: New followers minus unfollows

Track:

  • Growth rate (% increase)

Track progress toward objectives:

  1. Go to AnalyticsGoals
  2. Click “Create Goal”
  3. Choose metric (followers, engagement, etc.)
  4. Set target and timeframe
  5. Monitor progress on dashboard

Analyze different periods:

  • Last 7 days: Recent performance
  • Last 30 days: Monthly trends
  • Last 90 days: Quarterly view
  • Custom range: Specific campaigns
  1. Select your current period
  2. Click “Compare”
  3. Choose comparison period
  4. See percentage changes

Download your analytics:

  1. Go to Analytics
  2. Set desired date range
  3. Click “Export”
  4. Choose format (PDF or CSV)
  5. Select metrics to include
