Using the Content Calendar

The content calendar gives you a visual overview of all your scheduled posts across all platforms.

See the big picture with month view:

  • Overview of all scheduled posts
  • Color-coded by platform
  • Click any date to see details
  • Drag posts to reschedule

More detail with week view:

  • See specific time slots
  • Preview post content
  • Multiple posts per day visible
  • Hour-by-hour breakdown

Maximum detail with day view:

  • Full post previews
  • Exact scheduling times
  • Easy editing access
  • Platform-specific views
  • Today: Click “Today” button to jump to current date
  • Arrows: Use left/right arrows to move between periods
  • Date Picker: Click the date header for quick date selection

Filter your calendar view by:

  • Platform: Show only specific networks
  • Account: Filter by connected account
  • Status: Scheduled, Published, Draft, Failed
  • Content Type: Images, Videos, Text-only

Click any post in the calendar to:

  • See full content preview
  • View selected platforms
  • Check scheduling details
  • Access edit options

To edit a scheduled post:

  1. Click the post in the calendar
  2. Click “Edit” in the popup
  3. Make your changes
  4. Click “Update”

Quickly reschedule by dragging:

  1. Click and hold any post
  2. Drag to the new date/time
  3. Release to confirm
  4. Post is automatically updated

To delete a scheduled post:

  1. Click the post in the calendar
  2. Click the “Delete” button
  3. Confirm deletion

Posts are color-coded by platform:

  • 🟣 Instagram (Purple)
  • 🔵 Facebook (Blue)
  • 🔷 LinkedIn (Light Blue)
  • ⚫ X/Twitter (Black)
  • ⚪ Threads (Gray)

Icons show post status:

  • 📷 Has images
  • 🎥 Has video
  • 📝 Text only
  • ⏰ Scheduled
  • ✅ Published
  • ❌ Failed

The calendar displays times in your local timezone:

  1. Set your timezone in SettingsPreferences
  2. All posts show in your local time
  3. Publishing happens at the correct universal time
  • Schedule posts at least 24 hours in advance
  • Use week view to balance content across days
  • Leave gaps for spontaneous content
  • Color variety indicates platform diversity

Aim for a balanced calendar:

  • Mix content types (images, videos, text)
  • Vary platforms throughout the week
  • Space out promotional content
  • Include engagement-focused posts

Weekly calendar review:

  1. Check all scheduled posts for the week
  2. Verify timing aligns with audience activity
  3. Ensure content variety
  4. Confirm all media is approved
