Find answers to the most common billing questions below.
Payments
Section titled “Payments”What payment methods do you accept?
Section titled “What payment methods do you accept?”We accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- PayPal: For all plans
- Bank Transfer: Enterprise plans only
When will I be charged?
Section titled “When will I be charged?”- Monthly plans: Same date each month (e.g., sign up Jan 15 = billed every 15th)
- Annual plans: Once per year on your anniversary date
What currency are prices in?
Section titled “What currency are prices in?”All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees for non-USD cards.
Is my payment information secure?
Section titled “Is my payment information secure?”Yes. We use Stripe for payment processing. We never store your full card number—only Stripe has access. All payments are encrypted with TLS.
Invoices & Receipts
Section titled “Invoices & Receipts”How do I get an invoice?
Section titled “How do I get an invoice?”- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click “Billing History”
- Find the charge
- Click “Download Invoice”
Can I get invoices emailed automatically?
Section titled “Can I get invoices emailed automatically?”Yes. Enable in Settings → Billing → “Email Invoices”
Can I add my company name to invoices?
Section titled “Can I add my company name to invoices?”Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → “Billing Information” and add:
- Company name
- Address
- VAT/Tax ID (if applicable)
Plan Changes
Section titled “Plan Changes”How do I upgrade my plan?
Section titled “How do I upgrade my plan?”- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click “Change Plan”
- Select higher plan
- Confirm
You get immediate access. Your next bill is prorated.
How do I downgrade my plan?
Section titled “How do I downgrade my plan?”- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click “Change Plan”
- Select lower plan
- Confirm
Change takes effect at your next billing date. You keep current features until then.
Will I get a refund when downgrading?
Section titled “Will I get a refund when downgrading?”No. When downgrading, you keep your current plan until the billing period ends. No partial refunds are issued.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Section titled “Can I switch from monthly to annual?”Yes! You’ll pay the annual price (with an annual discount, up to 16%) starting immediately.
Can I switch from annual to monthly?
Section titled “Can I switch from annual to monthly?”Yes, but this takes effect at your next renewal. Contact support if you need to switch mid-year.
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”What is your refund policy?
Section titled “What is your refund policy?”We offer a full refund within 3 days of purchase, but only if you haven’t used any features. “Using features” includes:
- Connecting social accounts
- Scheduling posts
- Using AI credits
- Uploading media
- Viewing analytics

How do I request a refund?
Section titled “How do I request a refund?”Email [email protected] with:
- Your account email
- Reason for refund request
- We respond within 48 hours
Why was my refund denied?
Section titled “Why was my refund denied?”Common reasons:
- More than 3 days since purchase
- Features were used on the account
- Previous refund was already granted
Cancellation
Section titled “Cancellation”How do I cancel my subscription?
Section titled “How do I cancel my subscription?”- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click “Cancel Subscription”
- Complete the feedback form (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
What happens when I cancel?
Section titled “What happens when I cancel?”- Access continues until your billing period ends
- Scheduled posts will still publish
- No further charges
- Data retained for 30 days
Can I reactivate after canceling?
Section titled “Can I reactivate after canceling?”Yes! Within 30 days:
- Log in with your email
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click “Reactivate”
- Your data is restored
After 30 days, you’ll need to create a new account.
Is the free trial really free?
Section titled “Is the free trial really free?”Yes! The 7-day trial gives you full access to Pro features. A credit card is required to start, but you won’t be charged until the trial ends.
What features are included in the trial?
Section titled “What features are included in the trial?”You get full access to Pro plan features:
- 5 social accounts
- 20 scheduled posts per month
- 150 AI credits
- Advanced analytics
What happens when my trial ends?
Section titled “What happens when my trial ends?”You’ll be prompted to choose a paid plan. If you don’t subscribe:
- Access pauses until you select a paid plan
- Data is preserved for 30 days
Payment Issues
Section titled “Payment Issues”Why was my payment declined?
Section titled “Why was my payment declined?”Common reasons:
- Insufficient funds
- Card expired
- Bank blocked the transaction
- Incorrect card details
Fix it:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Update payment method
- We’ll retry the charge
What if my payment keeps failing?
Section titled “What if my payment keeps failing?”- Try a different card
- Contact your bank to authorize the charge
- Contact [email protected] for help
Do you offer payment plans?
Section titled “Do you offer payment plans?”Enterprise plans can include custom payment arrangements. Contact [email protected].
Discounts
Section titled “Discounts”Do you offer discounts?
Section titled “Do you offer discounts?”- Annual billing: Up to 16% off
- Non-profits: Contact support
- Students: Contact support
- Startups: Contact support
Are there promotional codes?
Section titled “Are there promotional codes?”Occasionally! Follow us on social media or join our email list for exclusive offers.
Can I combine discounts?
Section titled “Can I combine discounts?”No, only one discount can be applied at a time.
Do you charge taxes?
Section titled “Do you charge taxes?”Depending on your location, sales tax or VAT may apply. This is calculated at checkout.
Can I provide a VAT number?
Section titled “Can I provide a VAT number?”Yes. Add your VAT ID in Settings → Billing → “Billing Information” to receive VAT-exempt invoices (where applicable).
