We're confident you'll love Postiv.io. That's why we offer a simple 3-day no-questions-asked refund policy after your first charge. If you're not satisfied for any reason, just ask and we'll refund your first payment in full.

3.1 Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 3 days of your first payment being charged
  • This is your first subscription with Postiv.io

No questions asked. No conditions. If you're not happy within the first 3 days after being charged, we'll give you a full refund.

3.2 How It Works

  • Start your 7-day free trial with full Pro access
  • Your card is charged on day 7 when your trial ends
  • You have 3 days after that first charge to request a full refund
  • That's 10 total days to evaluate Postiv.io risk-free

3.3 No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • After 3 Days: Requests made more than 3 days after your first charge.
  • Renewal Charges: Automatic renewal charges for monthly or annual subscriptions. You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date.
  • Repeat Refunds: If you've previously received a refund from us.
  • Downgrades: When downgrading from a higher tier to a lower tier mid-billing cycle.
  • Partial Month: For any unused portion of a billing period after cancellation.
  • Terms Violation: If your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
