6.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication.

7. Social Media Platform Terms

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any social media platforms you connect to Postiv.io. We are not responsible for actions taken by these platforms.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postiv.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Postiv.io from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
