What Happens When You Request Deletion

When you submit a data deletion request, we will:

• Delete your account and all associated personal information
• Remove all media files you've uploaded
• Delete scheduled posts and posting history
• Remove analytics data associated with your account
• Revoke access tokens to connected social media accounts

Data Retention

After a deletion request, some data may be retained for up to 30 days in our backup systems before being permanently deleted. We may also retain certain data as required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes).

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days and send confirmation to your email address. In complex cases, this may be extended by an additional 60 days, and we will inform you of any such extension.
