Managing Your Subscription

Manage your subscription, change plans, and handle billing all from your account settings.

Check your current subscription:

  1. Click your profile icon
  2. Select “Settings”
  3. Go to “Subscription” tab

You’ll see:

  • Current plan name
  • Billing cycle (monthly/annual)
  • Next billing date
  • Feature limits and usage
  • 3 social accounts
  • 15 scheduled posts/month
  • Basic analytics
  • 500MB media storage
  • Email support
  • 5 social accounts
  • 20 scheduled posts/month
  • Advanced analytics
  • 150 AI credits/month
  • 10GB media storage
  • Priority support
  • 20 social accounts
  • Unlimited scheduled posts
  • Advanced analytics + reports
  • 500 AI credits/month
  • Up to 5 team members
  • Approval workflows
  • Priority processing
  • 50GB media storage
  • Unlimited accounts
  • Custom features
  • Dedicated support

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click “Change Plan”
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Review price and features
  5. Confirm upgrade

What happens:

  • Immediate access to new features
  • Prorated credit for unused time
  • New billing amount next cycle
  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click “Change Plan”
  3. Select a lower plan
  4. Confirm downgrade

What happens:

  • Change takes effect at next billing cycle
  • You keep current features until then
  • Connected accounts beyond new limit are disconnected
  • Scheduled posts beyond limit are paused
  • Charged on the same date each month
  • Example: Sign up January 15 = billed every 15th
  • One payment for the full year
  • Discount applied (varies by plan)
  • Charged on anniversary date

Monthly to Annual:

  1. Go to Subscription settings
  2. Click “Switch to Annual”
  3. See total and savings
  4. Confirm payment

Annual to Monthly:

  • Happens at renewal time
  • Select monthly before annual renews
  • Or contact support for early switch
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer (Enterprise only)
  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click “Update Payment Method”
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Click “Save”

View all past charges:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click “Billing History”
  3. See all transactions
  4. Download invoices (PDF)
  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click “Cancel Subscription”
  3. Share feedback (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation
  • Access continues until billing period ends
  • Scheduled posts will still publish
  • Data retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • Can reactivate anytime during this period

Taking a break? Consider pausing:

  1. Go to Subscription settings
  2. Click “Pause Subscription”
  3. Select pause duration (1-3 months)
  4. Confirm

During pause:

  • No charges
  • No posting access
  • Data and settings preserved
  • Resume anytime

Our refund policy:

  • Full refund within 3 days
  • Only if no features have been used
  • See Refund Policy for details
