Managing Your Subscription
Manage your subscription, change plans, and handle billing all from your account settings.
Viewing Your Plan
Section titled “Viewing Your Plan”Check your current subscription:
- Click your profile icon
- Select “Settings”
- Go to “Subscription” tab
You’ll see:
- Current plan name
- Billing cycle (monthly/annual)
- Next billing date
- Feature limits and usage
Available Plans
Section titled “Available Plans”Starter ($19/month)
Section titled “Starter ($19/month)”- 3 social accounts
- 15 scheduled posts/month
- Basic analytics
- 500MB media storage
- Email support
Pro ($49/month)
Section titled “Pro ($49/month)”- 5 social accounts
- 20 scheduled posts/month
- Advanced analytics
- 150 AI credits/month
- 10GB media storage
- Priority support
Business ($99/month)
Section titled “Business ($99/month)”- 20 social accounts
- Unlimited scheduled posts
- Advanced analytics + reports
- 500 AI credits/month
- Up to 5 team members
- Approval workflows
- Priority processing
- 50GB media storage
Enterprise (Custom)
Section titled “Enterprise (Custom)”- Unlimited accounts
- Custom features
- Dedicated support
- SLA guarantees

Changing Plans
Section titled “Changing Plans”Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click “Change Plan”
- Select your new plan
- Review price and features
- Confirm upgrade
What happens:
- Immediate access to new features
- Prorated credit for unused time
- New billing amount next cycle
Downgrading
Section titled “Downgrading”- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click “Change Plan”
- Select a lower plan
- Confirm downgrade
What happens:
- Change takes effect at next billing cycle
- You keep current features until then
- Connected accounts beyond new limit are disconnected
- Scheduled posts beyond limit are paused
Billing Cycle
Section titled “Billing Cycle”Monthly Billing
Section titled “Monthly Billing”- Charged on the same date each month
- Example: Sign up January 15 = billed every 15th
Annual Billing
Section titled “Annual Billing”- One payment for the full year
- Discount applied (varies by plan)
- Charged on anniversary date
Switching Billing Cycle
Section titled “Switching Billing Cycle”Monthly to Annual:
- Go to Subscription settings
- Click “Switch to Annual”
- See total and savings
- Confirm payment
Annual to Monthly:
- Happens at renewal time
- Select monthly before annual renews
- Or contact support for early switch
Payment Methods
Section titled “Payment Methods”Accepted Cards
Section titled “Accepted Cards”- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Other Methods
Section titled “Other Methods”- PayPal
- Bank transfer (Enterprise only)
Updating Payment Method
Section titled “Updating Payment Method”- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click “Update Payment Method”
- Enter new card details
- Click “Save”
Billing History
Section titled “Billing History”View all past charges:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click “Billing History”
- See all transactions
- Download invoices (PDF)
Canceling Your Subscription
Section titled “Canceling Your Subscription”How to Cancel
Section titled “How to Cancel”- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click “Cancel Subscription”
- Share feedback (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens
Section titled “What Happens”- Access continues until billing period ends
- Scheduled posts will still publish
- Data retained for 30 days after cancellation
- Can reactivate anytime during this period
Pausing Instead
Section titled “Pausing Instead”Taking a break? Consider pausing:
- Go to Subscription settings
- Click “Pause Subscription”
- Select pause duration (1-3 months)
- Confirm
During pause:
- No charges
- No posting access
- Data and settings preserved
- Resume anytime
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”Our refund policy:
- Full refund within 3 days
- Only if no features have been used
- See Refund Policy for details
Requesting a Refund
Section titled “Requesting a Refund”- Email [email protected]
- Include your account email
- Explain your request
- We respond within 48 hours
Common Questions

Section titled “When am I charged?”Monthly: Same date each month Annual: Anniversary date once per year
What if my payment fails?
Section titled “What if my payment fails?”- We retry 3 times over 7 days
- You’re notified by email
- Update card to restore access
- Grace period of 7 days
Can I get a discount?
Section titled “Can I get a discount?”- Annual billing saves up to 16%
- Non-profit discounts available
- Student discounts available
- Contact support to inquire
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Section titled “What happens to my data if I cancel?”- Retained for 30 days
- Can export anytime
- Permanently deleted after 30 days
- Published posts remain on platforms
